Christa Uymatiao graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Chinese Studies. She studied Mandarin in a university in Beijing for a year, and is currently continuing her Mandarin studies in Xiamen. A Chinese-Spanish-Filipino by birth, a writer by heart, and an artist by choice.
